Privacy
I am something of a privacy advocate, writing regularly on the topics of encryption, security, and personal privacy. I believe strongly in the concept of privacy as a basic human right, and as such hold the protection and preservation of your personal information as the paramount objective in all of our dealings. My records are kept entirely encrypted. Upon request I will also exchange PGP keys with anyone wishing to maintain email security.
In the interest of full disclosure I must make clear that all of your web site data, including access logs and unpublished content, is at all times accessible by me. I do not and will not interfere with or access your information, logs, or site unless requested or unless an upgrade is necessary to your site, and will do my absolute best to respect and maintain your privacy at all times. Your data is not available to any other customer or user under any circumstances at any time.
None of your information will ever be sold, given away, lost, accidentally emailed out, found in a garbage can, or provided to any government organization without a clearly-worded warrant describing exactly that which is to be seized.
